Okay I finally got my videos for the morning yoga stretch made and uploaded to youtube!
The first video is a more of a step by step of how the postures are done along with some simple modifications for pregnant mamas
The second video is me mostly just cuing inhale and exhale for three rounds so that you can just listen to the instruction and follow along.
I start out with 10 sun a's in the morning but if you are just starting I think 5 is a good number to start with.
I am not sure I was made for the camera so do bear with my awkwardness:)
