August is my last full month being pregnant so I will probably do a modified version. But I'm sure this will be good motivation to keep moving and stay away from sugar this month. Thanks for the recipes, workouts, and motivation.
I'm working on the food thing and the exercise. It's a long process but I am down 130 pounds since my highest weight in 2009. I have 150 more to go. God is faithful!
