    So for the month of August I decided to split my workout time.
    In the morning I do my yoga stretching for about 15 min then I go for a 20 to 30 min run. I end it with doing my Push ups, sit ups and frog jumps.

    Later in the day I am trying to do a fun activity.
    Yesterday Anna and I went to the soccer field and she is teaching me how to be a soccer star:) It is fun to try something new and its fun to hangout with my sister and be encouraged by her spunk and passion. We don't take ourselves to seriously and there is no stress!

  2. I am planning to walk 5 times a week at least and rebound every day!

    1. That is great! Walking will be great for leveling out your blood sugar:) I am going to try and find that rebound book! You should start up a good mini series while you bounce:)

  3. I jogged 8.5 mi today along Ruston Way (without stopping!). My sister and I have been doing 500 ab routine a couple times a week which I plan on continuing. And I am planning to try your yoga videos tonight to stretch out my legs before I go to sleep. Hopefully that will not make them so tight tomorrow: ) Anxious to see how I feel tomorrow and excited to try the jog again. I like your blog too! - Rhaquel

    1. Wow!!!! You are totally ready for a half now!!!! Seriously though if you can do 8.5 then you can do 12 you should sign up for one!! I will do it with you when I get back in October if you want! Lets look up Big Sur:)
